About the training

We revealed our newest business simulation game, the Triple Connection, end of March. We are now excited to show you everything you need to know to integrate this powerful sustainability business game into your course or training. You can be one of the first to become certified by joining this in-depth training.

Through this training program, we not only aim to familiarize you with The Triple Connection but also make you a part of our journey towards a more sustainable future.

About the Triple Connection

The Triple Connection is a web-based business simulation game that engages its participants in implementing a sustainable strategy for a virtual chocolate milk manufacturer. To add the flair of a real-world experience, The Triple Connection comes with the added element of a limited budget. This pushes participants to be more acute with their analysis. Alignment and strong cross-functional communications are key to setting the right priorities in place!

The Triple Connection finds its roots in the cacao industry and follows the path to create maximum value in its sustainable value chain. This kind of value creation requires multiple high-level roles to align on the concept of the 3Ps: People, Planet, Prosperity!

The Triple Connection takes into consideration 13 out of 17 Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations. Meaning that participants also have to take into account the life-like consequences of every decision that they make.

What is a Train the Trainer?

Our Train the Trainer invites educators and professionals from across the world to experience our business simulation games, learn about its special features, and assess how or if they can fit into their programs.

During the program, each participant – whether it is a trainer or an educator, or a partner – will have the chance to explore the possibilities of the business simulation game. Participants will get to know:

  • How does the business game work?
  • How to integrate the business simulation game into a course/training?
  • How to enhance the learning outcomes of their trainees?
  • How to do debriefs and evaluate the participant’s results?

Through our Train the Trainer program, we look forward to supporting educators who are interested and want to learn more about our business simulation games. The program gives them all the necessary insights to help them get ready to integrate the business simulation game in their course structures or in-company training.

Who is it for?

The programs are usually designed for three audiences:

  1. Educators who want to experience our business simulation games and see if they bring value to their course
  2. Inchainge Partners who want to be on board with our business simulation games
  3. Those who want to join our certified training programs

Participants can either:

  • Be certified as an educator of The Triple Connection (which is free of charge)
    • A certified educator is allowed to enable delivery to students only, therefore, only accessible to university staff.
  • Be certified as a trainer of the Triple Connection (which costs Euro 600 for on-site trainings).
    • A certified trainer is allowed to enable delivery to professionals and students.

So, did you decide if you would like to experience it firsthand or initially gauge the perimeters? We are excited to have you on board with us – whether as an educator or a trainer! Join us now by registering here.
