The Fresh Connection Simulation Game Challenge has kicked off at the Indian School of Business (ISB) Advaita’23 event. At this event 64 sharp minds divided in 16 teams from 16 different top Management Schools in India have taken on The Fresh Connection business simulation game Challenge at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

What is the Fresh Connection?

The Fresh Connection Simulation Game is the world’s #1 business simulation game in Value Chain Management! Widely used in learning programs across top tier companies and Universities worldwide.

What’s the Challenge? 

In teams of 4 people you have to bring an orange juice manufacturing company back on track.

How? 

Each team needs to implement an effective supply chain strategy. This means that, each Participant will make decisions that will have trade-offs in both, within and across roles.

The Goal

Generating the best Return on Investment (ROI) for the business while still managing your own team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and targets!

The Prize

In addition to cash prizes, the winning team gets the bragging rights to be the best among the management students in India. Top 3 teams will move on to play the Global Student Challenge in 2024, where they test their mettle against the best of the best of management students from Universities worldwide.

The Experience 

In addition to a highly interactive, fun and competitive environment, the gamified learning experience provides a lot of value to the participants. Each round of game play is followed by detailed debriefs of team’s performances by our team of experienced facilitators. Where we connect their decisions and results to core supply chain theory and principles; to help them think through the right strategies and decisions they need for the successive rounds.

Who will be the winners to qualify for the Global Student Challenge 2024?

1st place: SP Jain Institute of Management & Research.

2nd place: Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

3rd place: University of Delhi, Faculty of Management Studies.
