At this event 64 sharp minds divided in 16 teams from 16 different top Management Schools in India have taken on The Fresh Connection business simulation game Challenge at the Indian School of Business (ISB).

In teams of 4 people you have to bring an orange juice manufacturing company back on track.
Each team needs to implement an effective supply chain strategy. This means that, each Participant will make decisions that will have trade-offs in both, within and across roles.
Generating the best Return on Investment (ROI) for the business while still managing your own team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and targets!
In addition to cash prizes, the winning team gets the bragging rights to be the best among the management students in India. Top 3 teams will move on to play the Global Student Challenge in 2024, where they test their mettle against the best of the best of management students from Universities worldwide.

In addition to a highly interactive, fun and competitive environment, the gamified learning experience provides a lot of value to the participants. Each round of game play is followed by detailed debriefs of team’s performances by our team of experienced facilitators.
