The Global PRO Final 2025 has come to an exciting close, marking another successful edition for the competition. 28 teams, 120+ participants, and 10 countries stepped forward to take on one of the world’s most respected supply chain challenges. This edition brought a powerful transformation to the stage, sharpening the focus on sustainability while elevating the learning experience through a new self-paced format.

A new chapter powered by The Triple Connection

For the first time in its history, the Global PRO Final was powered by The Triple Connection, the sustainability-focused business simulation where every decision must balance the 3Ps: People, Planet, and Prosperity. Teams were challenged to think beyond traditional financial metrics by evaluating their strategies through True ROI, reflecting the realities of modern, responsible value chain management.

Innovation in format: The first self-paced Global PRO Final

This year also introduced a major shift in how teams experienced the competition. The 2025 edition adopted a self-paced format, supported by e-learning modules designed to deepen strategic thinking and enhance decision-making. This flexible structure allowed teams to approach each round with intention, focus, and ownership of their learning journey.

After a demanding series of rounds, three teams distinguished themselves with exceptional strategy, cross-functional alignment, and sustainable decision-making. The final ranking is based on the best True Return On Investment (TROI) performance:
