Each level focuses on a real-world decision area, from managing service levels and production capacity to optimizing inventory and supplier reliability. This way, students gain a clear understanding of how individual decisions impact overall performance across the chain.

Aligned with the SCOR model, this experience highlights cause-and-effect relationships in a practical and accessible way. Designed for beginners, it combines individual gameplay with collaborative reflection, ideal for building a solid foundation in SCM.
