Introduction

Show students how to build profitable circular value chains

Most students learn in a linear context: source, make, sell, repeat. But the future of business demands a circular mindset. One that reduces waste and redefines value creation.

In this simulation, students take on executive roles at an e-bike manufacturer making the transition to a circular business model. They design circular products, implement reverse logistics, and explore strategies like remanufacturing and Product-as-a-Service.

This hands-on experience connects strategy to execution. Students learn how to reduce environmental impact, improve circularity metrics, and create new business value through smarter sourcing, product recovery, and financial models.
