1. educators (FREE of charge) to experience our business simulation games, see if they could bring value to their courses, and become a certified teacher
2. for Inchainge Partners to onboard with our business games (PAID, see below for details) and
3. for people who want to get certified with our business simulations games and join our certified trainer network (PAID, see below for details)

About The Cool Connection

The Cool Connection is a cross-functional business simulation game focused on Working Capital Management. The business game challenges its participants to bridge the financial and physical value chain while they make strategic decisions in the management of a (virtual) manufacturing company of personal care products.

The Cool Connection is versatile and can be used for courses of varying complexity at all levels of higher education or corporate training. Additionally, it can be used to help foster cross-functional alignment within your company and highlight the importance of (Financial) Value Chain Management.

The schedule:

• The event will take place on Friday, 4th of November and Monday 7th of November, 2022.
• Both days from 09:00 to 13:00 CEST, EST (UTC-5)

Learning outcomes:

•     How the business game works
•     How to integrate The Cool Connection in a course/training
•     How to enhance the learning effects for the participants
•     How to evaluate the participant’s results and the learning effects

Getting certified as an educator is free of charge for all educators, professors, (guest) lecturers, and teachers.

Getting certified as a trainer to deliver training to professionals, comes at a cost of EUR 300.

As a certified trainer without an Inchainge partnership, you CANNOT deliver training to professionals, however, you can still be hired by another Inchainge partner or Inchainge HQ to deliver training to professionals on their behalf.
