Our Train the Trainer events are meant for:

1. educators (FREE of charge) to experience our business simulations, see if they could bring value to their courses, and become a certified Educator
2. for Inchainge Partners to onboard with our business simulations (PAID, see below for details) and
3. for people who want to get certified with our business simulations and join our certified trainer network (PAID, see below for details)

Join us for a Train the Trainer and explore a cross-functional business simulation focused on Supply Chain Management.

The training will enable you to explore the initial steps for successfully integrating this powerful value chain strategy simulation into your toolbox.

The schedule:

• The event will take place on two days: the 19th and 21st of July, 2021.
• Both days from 09:00 AM – 13:00 PM CET (UTC +2, Amsterdam)

You need to attend both days in order to be certified!

About The Fresh Connection

The Fresh Connection is a cross-functional business simulation game focused on Value Chain Management. The business game challenges its participants to implement an effective supply chain strategy for a (virtual) manufacturer of fruit juices faced with declining performance.

The Fresh Connection is versatile and can be used for courses of varying complexity and at all levels of higher education so students can develop their hard- and soft skills. Additionally, it can be used for in-company training to help foster cross-functional alignment and highlight the importance of Strategic Value Chain Management.

The Fresh Connection is also available with textbook Mastering the Supply Chain by Ed Weenk, making it easy to implement the business simulation game into your curriculum.

Learning outcomes:

• How the simulation works
• How to integrate the simulations in a course/training
• How to enhance the learning outcomes for the participants
• How to debrief and evaluate the participant’s results

Getting certified as a trainer is free of charge for all educators, professors, (guest) lecturers.

Getting certified as a trainer to deliver training to professionals, comes at a cost of EUR 300.

As a certified trainer without an Inchainge partnership, you CANNOT deliver training to professionals, however, you can still be hired by another Inchainge partner or Inchainge HQ to deliver training to professionals on their behalf.
