About The Blue Connection

The Blue Connection is a cross-functional business strategy simulation focused on Circular Value Chain management. The simulation game challenges the participants to transform a linear supply chain into a circular value chain while increasing the Return on Investment of a (virtual) manufacturing company of e-bikes.

The Blue Connection is versatile and can be used for courses of varying complexity at all levels of education or corporate training. Additionally, it can be used to help foster cross-functional alignment within your company and highlight the importance of a Circular Economy and likewise business strategy.
