Egge has 30 years of experience in Supply Chain Management as a manager, consultant, trainer and entrepreneur. Inside Involvation, a Dutch consulting company, Egge first created a business game called The Fresh Connection and saw potential in this game as a fresh approach to experiential learning.
Neila began her career as a Management & Organisation Consultant at Capgemini Consulting after her master studies in Supply Chain Management. Neila later joined Pearl Consulting as a Senior Associate, and then took on the role of Innovation Portfolio Manager at Mission & Co, a Venture-Capital & Private Equity firm dedicated to investing in people and the planet.
Michael is an Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research focuses on behavioral operations management, for example in the field of inventory management and supply chain contracting. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and European Journal of Operational Research.
As lead of the Philips Circular Economy program, Harald aims to drive innovation and business value creation via the transition to a circular economy. As such, he focuses on closing loops, product and business model design, further embedding sustainability and circular thinking into the core processes and culture of the company – with active engagement of employees. Prior to Philips, Harald worked as Director of the DNA Investigation Department at the Dutch Forensic Institute, and as transformation management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Cune is an experienced Senior Learning & Development Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the Professionals services industry. Her skill set includes Strategic Learning Advice, Learning Design & Development, Talent Management, Coaching, Cultural Development & Knowledge Management.
Noah is reshaping the way we train professionals. He has delivered trainings to companies like BSH and business schools like University of St. Gallen. He has a passion for exploring how businesses can transition successfully to a more circular business model.
Originally from Luxembourg, he began his studies and professional career in the Netherlands where he lived for 6 years.
