Wherever you are... Online!

Team work makes the dream come to reality! We believe that at the core of any impactful change lies the work, dedication, and loyalty of a tightly weaved multidisciplinary team can drive the force to an economic, environmental, and social contribution.

To explore this aspect of revolution, we invite you to Experience Team Dynamics with our business simulation game – The Fresh Connection. The event will be hosted by none other than Prof. Ed Weenk on July 7th, between 14:00 pm and 16:30 pm CEST. You can attend it online from wherever you are!

What is Team Dynamics about?

“Team Dynamics” is designed specifically for certified educators and trainers who have already participated in the self-paced online Train the Trainer program. This session will take things a notch up as we invite those trainers and lecturers to experience the game from the perspective of a team.

Contrary to the self-paced Train the Trainer program, where educators do not have the scope to collaborate for teamwork, here educators will play in teams.

As our co-founder, Egge Haak mentioned that “the aim of that session is to make them discover the team dimension of the simulations by playing with other teachers.”

About The Fresh Connection

The Fresh Connection is an innovative web-based business simulation game. It engages participants in turning around a manufacturer of fruit juices. In teams of 4, participants will represent the functional roles of VP Purchasing, VP Operations, VP Supply Chain, and VP Sales.

Participants will be confronted with various real-life, real-time dilemmas. Cross-functional understanding and collaboration are key components, as teams work together to turn the company around.
