Inchainge has come a long way since its inception. Over the past decade, we have grown into a thriving company with over 30 employees, multiple departments, and a global partner network. We're proud to have developed four successful business simulation games that are widely recognized as the most advanced available.

Our focus on Value Chain Management has enabled us to cover a broad range of topics and provide learners with an unparalleled experience. We've taken this a step further by incorporating sustainability into our business games, creating a powerful learning experience with the potential to impact future generations.

At Inchainge, we're proud of our track record, which is a testament to the effectiveness of experiential learning through immersive business simulation games.

The Founders

Egge Haak, the founding father of Inchainge, recognized the potential of a business game called The Fresh Connection originally developed by Dutch consultancy firm Involvation, as a new way of experiential learning.

Egge sought out a partner who shared his passion for value chain management and quickly found Hans Kremer, with whom he had previously worked. Together, the dynamic duo struck a deal with Involvation to transfer The Fresh Connection to a new company and began building a global network of training and consultancy firms with expertise in this niche market.

In 2012, the duo became a trio when they collaborated with Michiel Steeman, a well-known expert in Supply Chain Finance. They worked on a government-funded project to create awareness about Supply Chain Finance. This ultimately led to the creation of our second business game, The Cool Connection. Together, the trio continues to innovate and create impactful learning experiences for professionals and students around the world.

Our Mission

At Inchainge our mission is to support a more sustainable and inclusive world, where every student and professional has the chance to understand and improve value chains.

We believe that value chain management is crucial for success in every industry. Our team-based business games provide a unique opportunity to align teams and foster collaboration while developing critical skills and promoting a no-waste mindset. Our business simulation games cover core value chain topics like supply chain management, working capital, and circular transition. They immerse learners in real-world scenarios that stimulate cross-disciplinary collaboration through a hands-on approach.

We're committed to creating products that not only meet our customer’s needs but also contribute to a more sustainable future. In 2018, we launched The Blue Connection, a groundbreaking business simulation game used to educate learners on how to make the transition from a linear "take-make-dispose" model to a circular business model. Building on this success, in 2022 we took a step further in our sustainability efforts and launched The Triple Connection.

The Triple Connection focuses on the critical and trending topic of sustainability and offers learners the opportunity to experience the challenges of managing sustainability trade-offs across all three 'P' pillars: People, Planet, and Prosperity - all while working with a limited budget. The game covers 13 out of 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set by the United Nations, providing a comprehensive overview of sustainability-related issues that organizations face in the real world.

Through our business games, learners gain knowledge and experience the power of alignment to tackle complex global issues, such as sustainability. We're committed to empowering learners with the tools and skills they need to succeed in today's complex and rapidly changing global landscape.
